These terms cover the public SharpSloth website and its in-browser tools. Using the site means you accept them. They are a draft until the operator TODO fields are filled. They are not legal advice.

The service
SharpSloth offers free utilities and predefined workflows that run in your browser. There is no account, no paid plan, and no file upload to our servers on the public site. We may add, change, or remove tools without notice.
Your files stay with you
Processing happens on your device. If the browser crashes, the tab closes, or you forget to download a result, we cannot recover it. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything you still need.
No warranty
Tools are provided “as is”. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Do not rely on calculators (including BMI, dates, or tips) as professional, medical, or financial advice. Check important results yourself.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to attack systems, or to process material you do not have the right to use. Password, PDF, and image tools are for your own files and lawful work.
Intellectual property
The SharpSloth name, site copy, and marks belong to the operator. You keep the rights in files you process. Do not scrape the catalog in a way that harms the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost data, inaccurate output, or downtime. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply where they cannot be excluded.
