Who is responsible

The operator of SharpSloth is the controller for any personal data processed in connection with this website. The operator is Aliaksandr Harhun, trading as Aliaksandr Harhun Solutions.

What the tools do with your files

Image, PDF, text, and other tools run locally in your browser. We do not operate an upload API for these tools, and we do not store your files, passwords, or pasted text on a SharpSloth server. Closing the tab, refreshing, or clearing site data removes that working copy from this device unless you downloaded it yourself.

What stays on your device

Some tools pass a short draft between related pages using sessionStorage in this browser (for example when connecting two tools). That data does not go to our server. It is typically cleared when the tab session ends. An optional admin flag for previewing unfinished pages also uses sessionStorage.

What hosting may see

The public site is a static site. When you load a page, the host (currently Vercel) may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time. That is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose outages. Those logs are not used by SharpSloth for advertising profiles.

TODO: confirm the production host, region, and whether logs leave the EEA (for example a US subprocessors / Standard Contractual Clauses note) once the live domain is set.

Cookies and analytics

SharpSloth does not set marketing or analytics cookies, and it does not load Google Analytics, ads, or a chat widget. Optional cookie categories stay off. A banner appears only if one of those categories is turned on and you have not chosen yet. Necessary storage is limited to remembering that choice after you save it. Cookie settings are in the footer.

Accounts, payments, and email

There are no user accounts, newsletters, or payments on the public site. We do not ask for a name or email to use a tool.

Your rights

If EU/EEA or UK law applies to you, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO). Because tools do not upload your files, we usually cannot retrieve a PDF or image you processed in your browser. For hosting logs, contact the operator using the email TODO above (aleksanderharhun@gmail.com).

Children

The site is a general-purpose utilities site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. There are no accounts.

Changes

We will update this page if the product starts collecting more data (accounts, analytics, or server-side processing). The date at the top will change.
